Refund, Replacement and Return Policy

Incorrect Order Placed
An order is generally produced within one business day of ordering and shipped. Please contact us immediately if you have made an incorrect or duplicate order. We will work with you to cancel this order and issue a refund if the order has not yet been produced.
Defective Production
If any prescription was defective in the manner it was produced, in any way, a replacement may be requested or a full refund will be issued as long as we are contacted within 30 days of receipt.
Damage During Shipping
If any prescription was damaged during shipping, a replacement may be requested or a full refund will be issued as long as we are contacted within 30 days of receipt. A photograph of the damaged shipment will be requested so we may better understand the damage.
Returning Damaged or Refunded Items
Due to the nature of the product produced, no physical returns will be accepted. Rather, after you have been refunded for an item or the item has been replaced, the original items should be disposed of properly.
